Smoking on School buses

What do you think should be done when an employee is reported smoking on their school bus or on school grounds??  We would like to see your comments.

I think they should be fired because the person should know the rules about NOT smoking on buses or school grounds. This rule is repeated often.

All employees of Star and Strand have been warned numerous times about smoking on school buses. Hence, repeat offenders should be-no-will be fired!

I think the person that is smoking should get fired due to rules and regulations...

They should be fired as smoking in any public place is a no no. We shouldn't expose the children to this rotten habit

I think they should be fired, I have asthma and it bothers my breathing. The kids should not have to smell this or have to breath it into their lungs. It has been said over and over NO SMOKING on busses or school grounds.

well me as a smoker I have never smoked on a school bus or on school grounds. but they are warn and told not to do this so maybe a week off without pay and have there name in the news letter for a few weeks then maybe they will get it.
